What you'll do
Personalised Tablescape for Inspiration
Before your guests arrive, Emily will set up a beautiful tablescape, personalised to your event and providing all the creative inspiration needed.
Guided Warm Up Exercises
She will guide you through some fun, quick-fire drawing exercises to help everyone loosen up and get in touch with their creative side.
Build Your Own Colour Palette
Get ready to paint by selecting a colour palette to get started. Emily will provide some example colour palettes to use as a guide for those who prefer more guidance.
Begin Painting on Canvas
This is where the fun really begins! Get inspired by the tablescape in front of you and create your own unique artwork with a mix of acrylic paints and oil pastels.
Guidance Along the Way
She'll be there to provide you with as much guidance as you would like along the way. Whether you need some help with colour mixing or would like her to sketch a composition for you, there will be plenty of encouragement.
Final Touches
Add in some final touches while enjoying some refreshments (you provide these) and having a memorable experience with your group.
Finished Artworks
At the end of our time together, each guest will have their own unique artwork to take home, reminding them that they have a creative side and of the joy they had creating alongside wonderful friends.

Your teacher
My name is Emily and I am an acrylic artist, avid crafter, former fashion designer and teacher of 10 years. I have a passion for creativity and the joy it can bring to absolutely everyone - even those who don’t consider themselves ‘creative’. Operating in the Bayside area of Melbourne, Making Little Moments is all about creating a personalised creative experience for your group, whatever you might be celebrating. I come to you with all of the creative inspiration and materials to your chosen location and provide as much or as little guidance as you would like to unlock each guest’s inner artist. Whether you pick up a pencil, paintbrush, pastel or all of the above, you will leave the experience feeling relaxed, happy and with your very own work of art to take home.
