During this interactive 90-minute experience, you’ll learn the art of preparing traditional Indian chai from scratch using authentic techniques passed down through generations. Discover how different herbs and aromatic spices each bring their own unique flavours, aromas, and character to every cup.
Experiment with a selection of traditional ingredients including cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, fennel, black pepper, star anise, and more, while creating a chai blend that perfectly suits your own taste.
