The teachers were very friendly, and made sure we left happy with our rings. My partner and I want to come back to do our gold wedding rings!

Would recommend this workshop to anyone interested in learning how to make jewellery/level up their basic skills.

I felt the way the gold is handled wasn’t the best, as I was unaware that there were additional costs (I was given a voucher and o did not see this info on the booking page- I may have missed it). The class felt rushed and a little too big for the space, felt crammed into our seats and the room was very hot and the pedestal fans weren’t helping when trying to use blow torches. Overall I great experience.

He gave me his single ring which goes perfect with my two rings made. My only suggestion would be for an extra 1/2 hour in time as it was a lot of pressure on the staff to help finish everyone’s polishing off and then get ready for next class but they did an amazing job to please everyone.

I had booked the class but not told my partner what we were doing. She was completely blown away by the experience. In addition to our wonderful memories of the class we have lifelong reminders on our fingers which never fail to bring a smile to our faces. One on the best 'date' ideas for any couple to enjoy.

I’m a little sad that where I stamped the inside made the other side flatten which I wasn’t able to then correct.

Our teacher was wonderful and helpful, very clear with their instructions and gave the class such a calm and present vibe. I learnt a lot, but needed more time to create the more detailed design of ring I wanted to make. 2.5 hours would have been perfect.

The rings turned out really well but I just wish we had more time to polish as it was a little rushed at the end and our thicker rings didn’t turn out as shiny as we would like. The staff were really helpful and did polish our rings for us as well as we were pressed for time. Thank you!! It would be good if we could have taken home something to help polish our rings after the class.

I am very happy with the two rings I made. It was fine going as a single person. I liked bashing the larger silver ring on the mandel to make a distressed appearance.

My 27 and 16-year old daughters, 14-year old niece, and I all appreciated the accessible mentoring, clear exemplars, and the energetic, friendly, and positive guidance. Thank you for helping to “fix” the little things we weren’t sure about—like an upside-down initial! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We love our rings and the fun shared memory they now hold. The teachers in Fitzroy were great, Nicole was super clear when explaining the steps and super helpful when we needed! The first ring is a small silver (or gold) fine ring, the second one is a thicker version that you can stamp and/or add texture to. I personally enjoyed the process and the results!
