Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra | Rest, Reset, Reconnect

1 hour Location Woy Woy Experience size 1 to 2 guests   $37

Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra | Rest • Reset • Reconnect
Step away from the noise and give yourself permission to simply rest.
Join me at Elemental & Co, Woy Woy for a deeply restorative Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra — an immersive experience created to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a gentle guided practice often described as yogic sleep. There’s no physical yoga or complicated poses — you’ll simply get comfortable, close your eyes and be guided into a state of deep rest.
From there, you’ll be invited to surrender into an immersive Sound Bath, surrounded by the resonant tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
There’s nothing you need to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.
Just lie back, listen and receive.

  • 5/5 from Linda Aspinall, attended May 2026: I attended sound bathing with my son who was reluctant. He has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound. Amanda was amazing how she explained it to him and gained his confidence. The whole experience was very beneficial for both of us. Afterwards my son kept expressing how relaxed he felt and repeating this for many days. Amanda displays knowledge and passion for what she does. Highly recommended.
  • 5/5 from Janice Morris, attended Aug 2025: It was my first sound bath and it centered all the noise in my body. Amanda uses an assortment of natural instruments that vibrate harmonious sounds washing over my body. It left me feeling very light and uplifted. I'd go again
  • 5/5 from Melanie Mitchinson, attended Jun 2025: I attended this yoga and sound bath gathering on the eve of the Winter Solstice. It was just what I needed: a relaxed class. Amanda started the evening by facilitating gentle movement which got me out of my head and into my body. The sound bath supported me to connect with and listen to a quieter part of my self.
  • 5/5 from Alison Howard, attended Jun 2025: Amanda created a really relaxing space, which was perfect after my weekly commute. The flow was gentle and connected me with my body…the meditation and sound bath completely immersed me and I could definitely do this each Friday evening. A great way to finish the week.

  • 5/5 from Amanda Chesterton, attended Jun 2025: I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Amanda is very good at what she does, and is awesome at engaging with the participants. She makes it fun, and gives options for each move, so that everyone feels welcome no matter the skill level. I sincerely hope this becomes a regular event, and wholeheartedly recommend this is a great class to go to.

My yoga journey started over 20 years ago. I originally came to yoga after having a repetitive sports injury. Through yoga I was able to maintain my strength and flexibility and find a more mindful way of living.
After completing my initial Hatha yoga teacher training over 10 years ago, I continue to practice and teach, sharing what I love with others.
