Really a very positive experience...and one l strongly recommend to all those grandmothers out there looking for Birthday or Christmas gifts for their own granddaughters.

April never once rushed me, always made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain new and better ideas. I was introduced to new and better products than I usually use, but never once did I feel pressured.
