• 5/5 from Ebony Shields, attended Nov 2023: This glass was fantastic, this is my 3rd class and Meryl doesn't disappoint! lots of time taken to ensure you are happy, nothing is too much trouble and you're never rushed. So much fun, loved the Christmas tunes to set the vibe.
• 5/5 from Susan, attended Nov 2023: This was the 4th class I've done at Merryl's Mosaics now and I absolutely love the classes. Merryl clearly revels in her attendees enjoying the classes and is hospitable, caring and loves to see everyone's creations. The studio is great - large with different spaces to work in and it feels comfortable and homely - they also have a nice outdoor space. There is a huge variety of glass available and Merryl and her staff are generous, both with their time and in ensuring you're offered everything you need to get the best outcome for your project. The pace at which you work as a participant may influence the value for money obtained from the experience, however as mentioned, Merryl and her staff's generosity in all they do, goes a long way to providing the value for slower workers :D It can be overwhelming at first to absorb all the information and to think of a project you can successfully achieve, but Merryl and her staff are enormously helpful in this and it is a great sense of achievement when you get your finished pieces! I am looking forward to my next workshop with Merryl.
• 5/5 from Kate, attended Nov 2023: This was an excellent experience as based on Christmas ideas. I have not ever completed a glass fusing session before and the given instructions and support were excellent. Meryl was fantastic as the tutor, the workspace is inspiring and the group very supportive of each other. The designs made were all very different and we all had a laugh throughout the session. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
