Embrace a guided yoga class in the Mornington Penninsula at Oceanfront Yoga with Artemis, located at the Dromana Bay Lifesaving Club, with ocean views.
Learn to deepen your yoga practice and to connect with your inner strength and grace.
  • On Mondays 9.15, you'll be gently guided through flowing yoga sequences that focus on strength, mobility and balance for everyday functional movement.
  • Fridays at 9.15am, we'll wind-down the week with Yin & Yoga Nidra. This passive practice focuses on calming the nervous system, elongating muscles, and promoting flexibility. Your session concludes with a soothing Yoga Nidra practice for deep restoration.
As you progress through the poses, you'll discover how to listen to your body, practice mindfulness, and release any accumulated tension or stress. The experience may leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and more in tune with your inner self.
Immerse yourself in this nurturing practice, guided by Artemis, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
