I gifted the fish cookery class to my 14 year old son and he was keen to do another, so I went with him and my 11 year old son. We will definitely go back for another course. The teacher (Paul) is so friendly, knowledgeable, calm, and makes everything fun. We learnt the techniques then had a go at preparing the fish and making our own sushi. It is a course for adults, but my sons very much enjoyed it too. I would very much recommend the teacher and the class.
