What you'll do
Discover how to make incredible cocktails at Polly Bar in Melbourne. During this unique workshop experience, you will create three amazing cocktails to enjoy.Upon arrival to this class, you will be welcomed with a drink on arrival. Enjoy your complimentary drink and a shared antipasto platter as one of our expert bartender guides you through cocktail techniques, recipes, tips and tricks.Absolute beginners are welcome to try out this experience and make three of their own cocktails, Tommy's Margarita, Aussie Punch, and Espresso Martini, or different cocktails, upon request. Whether you are looking for an interactive hens night activity, a team-building adventure, or a unique fun activity for a birthday or night out, this class can be customised just for you!Have a large group over 15 and want to enhance the experience? Many groups previously have chosen to book out our private function room and hire entertainment such as a drag queen, or a topless waiter or waitress.At the completion of the cocktail making class groups are welcome to stay and continue drinking at Polly, and take some great photos in our unique thrones, or you may like to head out for dinner along the iconic Brunswick Street.

Jordan took us through a set of 3 cocktails, which were achievable for brand new people to make. We had the full bar to ourselves and had plenty of space to mingle. What I loved about the class was that Jordan was highly flexible to our timing - we had people come late so we had a really balanced pace to the class, starting after about half an hour and not rushing through anything while still giving everyone an opportunity to participate. Would highly recommend for anyone interested.
