$95 - $120 (Earlybird price of $95 applies if you book into a public session 2+ days ahead) (Afterpay available)

This engaging cooking class with Zaneta Mok will teach you how to make some delicious snacks (Kueh) inspired by her Singaporean grandmother.
Zaneta will guide you through the making of Ang Ku Kueh, an auspicious sticky rice cake with a sweet filling often referred to as red tortoise cake, and served at birthdays and to celebrate newborn babies. You'll also make Kueh Ubi Kayu, a traditional Nonya and Malaya coconut and cassava cake, and Kueh Pisang, a coconut jelly with bananas.
Work with a variety of traditional ingredients as you get an introduction to new and exciting flavors that may inspire your future cooking endeavours.
At the end of the workshop, take your snacks home to share with family and friends (or enjoy all to yourself!)
