Welcome to Swan Lab, where the art and science of coffee converge in a symphony of flavors and aromas. As the founder and lead instructor, let me take you on a journey through the rich tapestry of my coffee story.
With a decade of immersive experience in some of the highest-rated cafes, I honed my skills in the bustling heart of the coffee world. From the aromatic streets of Melbourne to the trendy coffee spots in Sydney, I embraced the diverse coffee culture, mastering the craft behind each perfect cup.
Driven by a passion for both the taste and the artistry of coffee, I ventured into the world of education, bringing my expertise to the classroom. For the past four years at TAFE, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge with aspiring baristas and coffee enthusiasts alike. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating an engaging and hands-on experience, allowing students to not only understand the techniques but also feel the soul of coffee brewing.
At Swan Lab, I've cultivated a unique approach to coffee training, blending the precision of a seasoned barista with the creativity of an artist. The lab is not just a space for learning; it's a haven where the love for coffee is nurtured, and each student is encouraged to explore the nuances of their own coffee journey.
With a commitment to excellence, my students have thrived under my guidance, leaving Swan Lab with a profound understanding of the coffee craft. Countless students have passed through these doors, each leaving with a newfound appreciation for the complexities of coffee-making and a set of skills that extend beyond the ordinary.
