From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion, energy and genuine care that goes into every single class. Chef Jemma has created such a welcoming, inspiring environment for both kids and adults. She doesn’t just teach recipes, she builds confidence, creativity and real skills in the kitchen. Every class is hands-on, exciting and so much fun, while still being professional and educational. The Chinese dumplings and delights cooking class was fun, interesting, full of flavour and transported us to China! The aromas coming from the kitchen were amazing! My daughter has completely fallen in love with cooking even more since attending, and the encouragement and mentorship she receives means the world to her. You can tell Chef Jemma truly cares about every student and wants them to succeed. Whether you’re booking for your child, yourself, or even as a fun experience with friends or family, I honestly cannot recommend Notorious E.A.T enough. The atmosphere, the food, the teaching and the experience as a whole are all 5 star quality. If you’ve been thinking about booking, do it. You will leave inspired, smiling and already wanting to come back for another class!

I learned about the base of a really good stock as a flavour base and enjoyed folding the little dumplings. I love cooking and would come to more classes in the future.
