Welcome to the House of Handmade
Settle into the House of Handmade craft space! We will run through introductions to the host as well as house keeping including water, tea and coffee facilities.
Pot Preparation
Our experienced host will run you through all the tools required for the workshop and how to prepare the pot for your beaded creations
Flower Beads
Learn the basics of beading work from our experienced host including how to properly use pliers, cut wire and bead flower stems.
Time to Assemble
Once you've created enough stems, it's time to assemble the stems into your prepared pot. Voila! You have made your own everlasting beaded flower pot!
- Thread and weave beads into petals, leaves, or playful abstract foliage
- “Pot” your finished beaded bloom into a mini terracotta or ceramic planter
- Personalise your piece with colour palettes, charms, and texture
