Hi, I’m Jacqueline, a fashion designer, master pattern maker, and fashion industry expert.
But at heart, I’m a textile artist, eco leaf printer, and natural dyer. My journey into textiles has been a lifelong exploration, discovering eco-printing was a turning point—it felt like uncovering a hidden language between nature and fabric.
Working with leaves, plant dyes, and up-cycled textiles has become my creative passion. The process is both scientific and intuitive—every print is unique, revealing delicate patterns and earthy hues that tell a story of time, place, and connection to nature. There’s an element of surprise in every piece, and that’s what makes it so special!
Through Tweed Valley Textile Company, I share these techniques, helping others experience the beauty of sustainable textile arts. Teaching is incredibly rewarding—I love watching students unwrap their first eco prints and seeing their excitement as they transform fabric with nothing but leaves, water, and time.
My goal is to inspire more makers, educators, and creatives to explore slow fashion, natural dyeing, and textile innovation in a way that honours both craftsmanship and sustainability. I’d love for you to join me on this journey—let’s create something beautiful together!
