What you'll do
Not great in the kitchen, but want to learn? Our weekly meal prep series is cooking class that will teach you some simple yet tasty and nutritious meals you can prep and feed yourself or your family. Do all 6 classes or choose one or two! Join at any time; each class is individual learning.Classes will take place on a Monday night, and you will take home five dinners and five lunches for one person. Bring along your meal prep containers and let Chef Jemma help you fill them! All recipes are easily replicated at home, and you will be supplied with weekly recipe cards.All ingredients and an apron are provided. Drinks are available on the night for purchase.

I’ve always been a big foodie so naturally after finishing high school, I started an apprenticeship as a chef. I’ve now been a qualified chef for 20 years and have run my own successful catering business for 10 of those years. Over the last 10 years I’ve also spent time teaching hospitality courses for various providers so it was just a natural progression to open my own cooking school right here on the Gold Coast!I have travelled the world extensively and always find a cooking class to attend on my travels. So have a wider array of experience of different foods and culture cultures. I grew up with a Chinese stepmum so have a particular interest in Chinese and Asian food and would love to share it with you!I have a love of anything sweet and desert so have created a few classes around this for those were the sweet tooth like me. I can’t wait to meet you and spend time helping you learn my craft!
