What you'll do
Have you ever wanted to learn new cake decorating skills? Well, join this beginner-friendly course today!
Over six weeks, you'll learn the secrets of making and decorating basic cakes with sponge (these may include butter cake, white mud cake, chocolate mud cake and fruit cake).
Guided by experienced teachers, you will also learn to cover the cakes using different icings like imitation sweet cream, butter cream, ganache, chocolate shards and fondant.
From masking and covering cakes to piping and final decorations, you can take home your delicious cakes to share with family and friends.
Please note: All courses require a minimum number of six students to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers, the course may be cancelled or deferred to a later date, and you will be informed no later than 48 hours prior to the course commencing.
