Red Rosie is a locally-owned, first-of-its-kind scent studio in Australia. Offering workshops dedicated to finding your signature scent, we capture emotions and aspirations to deliver as candles or perfumes in our guided workshops made to satisfy even the most curious of noses.
Our workshops are a hands-on scent designing experience where you have full rein to explore everything from naturally-occurring scents such as vetiver or rose absolute, to the sweet spices of cardamom and clove, or the more man-made experiences of freshly cut green grass and petrichor. Everyone’s nose is different and we want to help you find the scent that encapsulates you – there are no right or wrong answers here.
Relaxed and fun, our workshops are the perfect gift for a loved one, a bridal party, or just a rainy day activity. This was a great workshop. I did it with my 9 year old son and he absolutely loved mixing all the different fragrances together and making his own candle. We learnt a lot of fragrance mixology and the staff were really nice. Recommended.

My son gave me a voucher for the class as a Christmas present. I attended the Candle MIxology workshop on Fri May 26th. The room was beautiful, warm, inviting with comfortable chairs. I was offered a glass of champagne and later we also had a chocolate brownie/caramel slice. Our teacher, Elke was very knowledgeable and helpful. The class was very well organised. There were 48 scents to choose from which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and have already picked my scents for my next candle. I want to come back and do it again with a group of girl friends who I know would also enjoy it. I highly recommend this workshop. I'm looking forward to burning my candle.

Such a beautiful studio.
We went as a group of 9 people. They were so accommodating. Greated us as soon as we walked in the door. Bubbles on arrival and brownies which was devine
We didn't feel rushed or pushed at any point in the night. It was such a fun and chilled environment. We had lots of laughs and the staff were beautiful.
Would definitely do it again. We all can't wait to collect our candles and burn them!

I came for a mother daughter candle making class with my 8 year old. From the moment we walked into the venue and met the teacher, we knew this would be a fantastic experience. The venue is beautiful, welcoming and organised. the teacher, Elle, is absolutely delightful - learned, patient, talented and warm and created the perfect atmosphere. We learnt how to make a candle, samples every scent imaginable and even had delicious snacks. We loved every moment and highly recommend this class.

Thoroughly enjoyed the class. It is a lovely venue and the owner is very helpful. It was fun sampling the different fragrances while sipping a glass of champagne. Everything is provided and you end up with a lovely candle to take home.

I attended this Candle Mixology Workshop with my daughter and it was fantastic!
Our teacher was so warm and welcoming as was the venue, Red Rosie.
Our introduction to Candle Mixology was informative and the process was very easy to follow. We learnt a lot about top, middle and base fragrances as well as what is meant by cold throws and hot throws! We had a wide range of fragrances to choose from and were given ample time to make our selection. Once our selection was finalised we had the pleasure of naming our candle and recorded the fragrances and quantities used, which are stored for future purchasing! I would highly recommend this class, it really was wonderful.
This was such a delightful experience, with such an incredible variety of scents. The lady, was very helpful, enthusiastic and kind and made myself and my Mum feel more than welcomed. I definitely recommend candle making for anyone of any age. It’s a must do

Such a fun class that I did with a group of girlfriends. Elke was a fantastic teacher, explaining the process to us clearly and helping us choose our scents for our candle and what would work well together. I thought it was good value for money too with a glass of sparkling on arrival (with a top up!) + some yummy mini quiches. All materials provided so you only had to bring yourself. Unique and fun experience. Gifted for my mum, was an original activity to do together. Teacher was friendly, informed and super helpful. Venue was beautifully decorated and smelled amazing! Naturally! Airy and bright. Toilets clean. We joined 4 other women at a table each with our own work stations. Everything provided that we needed. Prosecco, soft drinks and hot drinks available, even homebaked treats! Had about 50+ scents to smell and choose from to mix. Learned the science of candle mixology, how to look after the candle and made our own high quality candle. Good value as the candle itself at 250g is $30 to buy from the store. So chuffed. Would recommend. Ill definitely try the perfume mixology class!
