Hi, I’m Carlos I’ve been a photographer for over 15 years, working across portraits, food, and personal branding. Along the way, I noticed that so many people own powerful smartphones but feel frustrated when their photos don’t match the moments they’re trying to capture. That’s what inspired me to create my workshops — to help everyday people unlock the potential of the camera they already carry in their pocket.I love teaching because I see the confidence that comes when someone takes a photo they’re truly proud of. My approach is simple: no jargon, no complicated gear, just clear tips and hands-on practice. Many of my students arrive saying “I’m not a tech person, ” and leave feeling like they finally get it. That’s the best part of what I do.Over the years, my photography work has been published in local and international outlets, and I’ve collaborated with businesses to create visual stories that connect with their audiences. But teaching everyday people — from parents wanting better family photos to professionals wanting to elevate their branding — is what excites me most.When I’m not behind the lens or teaching, you’ll usually find me exploring Perth with my family, always on the lookout for the next great shot.I look forward to welcoming you to one of my workshops and helping you see your phone (and photography!) in a whole new light.
