What you'll do
Are you tried of making pre-mix chai and always wanted to learn the skill of brewing authentic chai? Your wait to brew the best chai is over!
In this experience, your experienced teacher, Shivani will share her family recipe of masala chai and blend different ingredient to try chai blends from different part of India.
This ritual of brewing masala chai is rooted in Indian Hindu tradition where food, life and death are intrinsically tied to one another.
You will learn:
- The history of Chai in India.
- How the concept of Masala chai was born.
- Different flavors of Chai and it's ayurvedic benefits.
- How to brew that perfect cup of chai!
By the end of the class, you will learn this skill of brewing deep, rich and delicious traditional Indian style masala chai flavours which will help invigorate your body and soul.
In addition, you will receive some Indian savoury snacks on house while enjoying the beautiful mountain views!
