In this hands-on three hour workshop, Kerry from Kreative Kurator will gently guide you through the process step by step, showing you how to transform aluminium jump rings and beads into your own handcrafted jewellery.Working rhythmically with your hands, you’ll experience the mindful, almost meditative nature of this tactile craft while learning foundational chainmail techniques in a warm and welcoming environment.No experience is needed—this workshop is designed especially for beginners.Your workshop kit includes all materials required, including aluminium jump rings, beads, stainless steel findings, and a beading mat. Pliers will also be provided for use during the session.By the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with your own handmade jewellery and the confidence to continue exploring chainmail at home.

Through simple, mindful techniques, participants often discover that creativity can be incredibly calming, grounding and confidence-building.At The Joyful Creative studio, I offer workshops across a variety of creative disciplines — sometimes teaching them myself and sometimes collaborating with wonderful guest facilitators who share their skills and passion.My aim is to create a space that feels a little like a gym for creatives - somewhere people can show up, play, experiment and rediscover the simple pleasure of making.
