After growing up with horses and delving into personal development at a young age, I have created a business doing Strides of Change Equine Assisted Learning and activities which support individuals to reengage with society. I teach what I love and what has help myself and others reconnect and love life.

I love helping people who are at a turning point in their life reconnect with themselves and navigate change, through both EAL and online coaching. I believe the most powerful answers will always come from you, and it is a coach’s job to rumble with the hard questions to empower the individual so they can make their unique impact felt in the world. This is my calling.

This class was so much fun!
When we arrived we were greeted, and we sat down in a really beautiful and relaxing space, with a lovely outlook over the paddock.
The facilitator was lovely. We were offered champagne, wine or prosecco, and listened to some relaxing tunes, and also chose some of our own music.
Everyone left saying how much they really enjoyed the night, and we would be back!
