What you'll get
Provided with goat feta, herbs, and spices to personalise your marinated jar to take home.
Knowledge required
Beginner-friendly.
What to bring
  • You will need to bring a 4L to 6L esky - milk will be poured directly into the esky therefore a cooler bag is NOT suitable (foam ok)
  • A thermometer that can read as low as 40 degrees
  • Cake cooling rack
  • Long slotted spoon
  • Tea towel and apron
If you struggle to locate an esky, an alternative would be 3-5ltr stainless steel cooking pot, worse case scenario plastic food container. The advantage of an esky is that milk remains insulated and results in a much better product.
