As a qualified Arts Therapist, Chrissie's practice grows from a belief that multimodal arts are the bridge between self, nature, community; and what is known and yet to be discovered.Chrissie's work is rooted in mindfulness, meditation, movement, sound, visual arts and nature therapy to express what is felt and seen within each moment that you engage with the materials.During Chrissie's Arts Therapy sessions, she invites participants into a space where differences are celebrated, voices are honoured, and the unknown parts of self are brought into light. These sessions are a safe and open space where you can journey together into areas of deeper self-awareness, growth and healing. Chrissie has a special interest and expertise in Disability Rights, Racial Trauma, Neurodiversity, and LGBTI+ communities.
