Every step was shown, explained and with clear instructions. I was recieved a gift card which was easy to redeem and pay the difference through the website. Highly recommend this class for individuals or more. I can't wait to get my pieces back once they've been glazed and fired.

Our facilitator Mandy was friendly and informative, she guides us through the whole process, so it was easy to follow even for beginners like us. in the 2 hours we were there, we were able to create 2 pieces (1 big and 1 small), while sipping on wine and nibbled on cheese and crackers. Definitely recommand it.

Mandy was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with and I found the whole experience very relaxing. It was fun, informative and the teacher was very interactive and patient with us. We were there to have fun and make great memories of our time together. I love that in addition to the fun I will have created a lovely memento of this special celebration.

Instructor was nice, but did at times get a little annoyed if you didn't follow directly what she said (we aren't professionals) freely flowing wine is always a bonus. It would have been nice to be able to properly wash your hands as opposed to a bowl since some would go out after etc etc. Also aprons would be a good touch.
