You will have access to premium paints, mediums and papers in this workshop.In this exciting 4-hour workshop, you'll learn how to produce colourful papers filled with patterns and texture, allowing you to compose with confidence and walk away with a stunning piece of art. No prior experience is required for this workshop, making it perfect for beginners looking to dip their toes into the world of collage art.Throughout the session, you'll get hands-on experience working with a variety of multi-media products and techniques. From blowing inky bubbles to exploring watery paint and ink, to using texture paste on tissue paper, you'll experiment with texture tools, lace, stencils, and gel plates to create unique prints. You will have the opportunity to use and test out at least four different types of paper (including copy paper, rice paper, tissue paper, and teabag paper). Dive into colour combinations, surface textures, and the interplay of transparent and opaque layers to bring your artwork to life.By the end of the workshop, you'll take home:

• One completed collaged artwork on a 14 x 18 or 16 x 16 inch thin edge canvas OR two smaller canvases or artist panels
• A selection of your own handmade printed papers

• The confidence to continue creating at home
