My name is Luke Lewis, a pet, wildlife and portrait artist. I specialise in highly detailed, realistic coloured pencil and graphite pencil drawings from photographs.
I have not been drawing since a young age, but I found my talent later in my life. After years of working as a nurse, I needed a creative outlet to connect with a more fulfilled life. So, after only two years of practising, I sold my first-ever piece and became a professional artist. Becoming a professional artist combines my passion for animals and art; I am excited to continue my passions and draw many more animals as my career progresses all whilst sharing what I have learnt along the way!
