Join us for a one full-day workshop "Conquer Your Fear of Speaking in Public - Speak with Confidence" to learn how to master the skill of overcoming your public speaking fears in front of an audience.
What you will learn:
- How to overcome fear and anxiety through practical exercises and mindfulness techniques
- How to build rapport
- How to deliver your message and keep your audience engaged
- How to avoid 'ahm... uhm...' expressions
- How to use tonality and voice projection
- The power of non-verbal communication
- Techniques to overcome stage fright and develop confidence
After the workshop, participants experience a significant boost in confidence, both in their public speaking abilities and in their overall self-assurance.
This is a very interactive workshop to improve communication skills in a safe and friendly environment.
