This is not your ordinary Vision Board Workshop. It is much deeper. Gaby is a wonderful coach and teacher. She encourages you to reflect on your life and how you would like to change it. She also brings awareness to beliefs that you may be holding. Gaby spoke about the importance of mindset and keeping your vibrational energy high. She taught us how to connect to our Vision Boards, create a new story and emphasized the importance of leaving your comfort zone to achieve your goals. And yes, we still had time to create a vision board as well.
Gaby is very knowledgeable in the field of personal development and extremely generous. She provided materials for the vision board, fruit and lunch which was a lovely and delicious surprise.
I would highly recommend Gaby's Vision Board Workshop. It is deep, interactive and fun. I gained some great insights and tips and will definitely be doing it again. Gaby provides amazing value and is great to work with.

Gabby is a very professional mental and teacher. She knows her stuff she made us feel very welcome and she got it out through the different stages of the day. Nothing dragged on. We worked quite quickly and in good timing. Lunch was delicious and the company was fantastic.! I think I’ve made a couple of new friends through this workshop and I will be back to do a follow-up workshop! Thanks Gaby! Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
