Recent reviews of Croissant Baking Masterclass
- 5/5 from Beata Balog, attended Jul 2026: My dad and I really enjoyed the croissant making masterclass. It was well done having each step broken up, and being able to see and feel the dough at each stage of mixing, kneeding and proofing. Chakey was very animated, friendly and helpful. She was also very encouraging for us to get hands on. The finished product was delicious! Definitely recommend!
- 2/5 from Steve Pratt, attended Sep 2025: Teacher was really skilled and knew everything about croissants, but we just didn't get involved enough. standing and listening to her talk isn't what we signed up for.
- 5/5 from Mary Waters, attended Jul 2025: She was very personable. I was truly surprised how complex making a croissant is. I am looking forward to taking another class with her. Great night. Definitely recommend.
