What you'll do
Come and join Manu Boas to this beautiful five hour hands-on workshop, where you will make your own Crystal Mala Bead from scratch.
You will have a relaxing morning as you sip tea, get creative, set intentions, learn about crystals, get mindful, hold space for heart intentions and swap experiences with others.
If you love connecting with your higher self and would love to have an extra tool for your meditation and mantra chanting, this workshop was made for you.
During this relaxing session, Manu will teach you all of the tips and tricks needed to create your very own Crystal Mala Bead (Japamala) and how you can meditate with it.
Mala beads are prominently used in many religions like Buddhism as a form of guided meditation and breathing.
You’ll get to completely switch off and immerse yourself in the process, a guided meditation to start with and connect with your higher self. Then you are going to choose your Crystals, make your own design and then hand knot one bead at the time, putting your intentions and your heart on it.
After you finish your own Crystal Mala Bead (Japamala), Manu will show you how to cleanse your Crystals, givs tips on how to charge and energise it and finish up with a Sound Bath to raise the vibes of your Mala Bead (Japamala). Because everything is energy.
And the best part is you get to take home your own beautiful Mala Bead (Japamala), made by you, with your own hands, heart and mind, with your love and your intentions to then let the crystals do their magic.

Introducing the energy behind Raise your Vibes! Hello to you all, my name is Manú, founder of Raise your Vibes, the person behind this powerful world of crystals and natural stones.
Since I was little, I had a passion for stones and rocks. I used to collect all kinds of stones, name them and pretend that they have magic powers. (I also used to talk to them!)
Until one day I tumbled into a Crystal shop and got my first Crystal, an Amethyst.
The beauty and energy of it made me feel intrigued and my curiosity drove me to learn more about them and their properties and as much as I read, I got more into the fascinating world of these gifts of Mother Earth, Gaya, Pachamama.
So I have been studying Crystals since them and in 2018 after falling pregnant of my second child, I had an insight and “Raise your Vibes” was created.
