You'll learn a unique moulded flower technique made from a flexible chocolate-gelatine medium, creating realistic flowers with a soft, velvety finish. Unlike traditional gum paste, this versatile medium captures fine detail while remaining soft and flexible.During the workshop, you'll create a selection of flowers, foliage and decorative elements before assembling them into a beautiful cupcake bouquet. Your finished creation will be carefully packaged in a presentation box, ready to take home and enjoy.Held in my council-approved and registered home kitchen in Port Kennedy. Places are limited, so bookings are essential.
