This drawing/art course is designed for all levels wanting to learn or improve the fundamental techniques of figure, nature and object drawing.
In this interactive class, we will be focusing on the fundamentals of drawing, including perspective, shading, and composition. Each session in this course will be about cultivating skills, as well as exploring materials such as graphite, chalks, pastels, inks and watercolour on paper.
You will be encouraged to approach each assignment with a spirit of playfulness and creativity. There is no right or wrong way to draw; the only requirement is that you put your heart and soul into each piece!
Many of you may be new to drawing, but we assure you that with patience, practice, and an open mind, you will be amazed at what you can achieve. The course will be filled with exploration, experimentation, and most importantly, fun.
In this hands-on drawing class, you'll learn all the basic drawing techniques for success from an expert artist hosted by artist Karin Duarte who has a passion to draw and hopes to pass on her knowledge and enthusiasm.
