What you'll do
Stretch, sip, and sparkle – this is yoga with a fizzy twist!
This isn’t your typical yoga session with soft instrumentals and hushed tones. Instead, we’ll flow to a playlist of modern jams; upbeat tunes you know and love, to keep the vibes high and the energy fun. Think less “silent retreat, ” more “Saturday night pre-drinks (with extra stretching).”
We’ll move through a playful, all-levels yoga sequence designed to loosen you up, make you laugh, and leave you glowing. Afterwards, reward yourself with a glass of prosecco and a chance to hang out with your fellow yogis-turned-bubbly-buddies.
Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class, fully refund you, and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.

We also provide a creative environment for emerging artists to produce and sell work, and meet like minded individuals. Work-Shop will be a space for everyone, with a rotating schedule of art shows, information nights on local issues and a whole range of events and community initiatives.
