Free-motion Embroidery Class: Sew an Easy Layered Landscape

Learn how to make an easy layered landscape using your own sewing machine!

3.5 hours Class size 1 to 15

label $150 (or 4 payments of $37.50 Afterpay)

Learn how to make an easy layered landscape and then machine embroider on it, using your domestic sewing machine.

Choose what kind of landscape you would like to sew! Whether it's a seascape, fields or flowers, the choice is yours.

Just layer your fabric and watch as it turns into a beautiful landscape ready to sew and embellish. Add as much or as little embellishment as you wish. Maybe you might like to add 'grass' or some beads to bring your landscape to life.

Then take your finished picture home and frame it, hang it on your wall, and watch your family and friends admire your work.

Note: There will be a small fuel surcharge if you would like us to travel to your venue.

Wendy grew up in the UK and moved to Perth, WA, in 1992, where she has lived ever since. Wendy had an interest in sewing and crafts since she was a little girl, being taught many things by her Mum and Nan.

She’s always searching for, and learning, new techniques and never stops looking for inspiration. If she finds a new idea she has to try it and find new ways to explore it. She has to tell her brain to stop thinking from time to time!

Wendy has worked, taught, became a teacher and also has been a Group Leader for the Embroiderers' Guild of WA for many years. Having a massive embroidery library there is such a temptation and it's where a lot of her knowledge comes from.

Wendy loves sharing her passion with others and showing what can be achieved. She feels so proud when seeing a project that a student has finished, having learnt it in her Workshop, and gets great pleasure in watching students achieve their goals.
