During your experience, you'll explore the diverse and flavourful world of spirits. Taught by WA's best bartenders in Perth's best bar, this masterclass is perfect for beginners looking to expand their knowledge of spirits, as well as corporate teams searching for a fun and engaging team-building experience.
Our expert booze nerds will guide you through a variety of styles in your selected spirits, from classic London Dry gins to artisanal tequilas and small-batch rums. You'll learn about the different botanicals, distillation techniques, and ageing methods that give each spirit its unique flavour and character.
Throughout the masterclass, you'll have the opportunity to taste a variety of spirits, each with its own distinct flavour profile and complexity. Our expert bartenders will teach you how to properly nose and taste each spirit, so you can appreciate the subtle nuances and flavour notes that make each one special.
Our gin, tequila, and rum tasting masterclass is designed to be a fun and educational experience for all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned spirits enthusiast or a curious beginner, you'll have a blast learning about these beloved spirits in a relaxed and social environment.

This class is great for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.
Hiding underground in an old bank vault built in 1887, our bar was once home to the Western Australian Club. The walls of Foxtrot Unicorn have seen some shenanigans in their time, and we’re about to show them some more.
There’s no kitschy theme to speak of, just a jarrah-clad haven for booze lovers, packed to the rafters with up-cycled materials and vintage WA hospitality history.
You’ll be taken care of by a ragtag bunch of Perth’s most awarded bartenders (no really, the resume is pretty wild) who are obsessed with finding the best produce from near and far. Expect to find all sorts of fine spirits, classic and modern cocktails, an eclectic wine list and some bloody fancy jaffles.
