  • 5/5 from Jennie Norberry, attended Oct 2026: Another great class with Lisa at the Glass Room. The class challenged me to stretch skills from previous classes and learn how to use new tools. Really happy with the earrings I made.
  • 5/5 from Kathryn Stevenson, attended Oct 2026: I can’t rate this class highly enough. Lisa is an engaged, passionate and patient teacher who meet participants at their skill level and adjusts accordingly. The workshop is beautifully set up and the materials an excellent quality. I’ll be booking more workshops with her in future.
  • 5/5 from Rachelle Conry, attended Mar 2026: Lisa was fantastic! I'll be booking in for another class.
  • 5/5 from Sally Saunders, attended Mar 2026: A knowledgeable and patient teacher in a well-equipped glass studio for teaching. For this workshop we made glass jewellry with lots of colours to choose from. In 2.5 hours, we learned to cut glass, grind it, drill it, paint it and combine it for fusion. I liked that the class was small (only 4) so we each got lots of attention from the Lisa (the teacher). And we got to do our own creations, not follow a template or guideline. Looking forward to my post-firing earrings (3 pair) and a brooch.
  • 5/5 from Alison Avery, attended Nov 2025: We had a wonderful afternoon making glass jewellery, and we were very privileged to have an international glass artist as our teacher. Lisa showed us many different techniques, how to use tools and I loved that we had full creative licence to create whatever we wanted. I also loved being inspired by Lisa’s amazing work around the studio. Just the creative ‘reset’ that I needed and I look forward to taking more classes with Lisa!
