- If you need a carer/companion, they are most welcome at no extra charge, if space permits. If they wish to make a mosaic, they will be charged the full course cost.

What you'll get

What to bring
- Bring your own lunch. Full kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, etc.) are available at the venue.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and old clothes.
- Protective safety glasses are recommended. These may be purchased from me, and I will bring them on the day (yes they do fit over prescription glasses)
- Bring a full-length apron. These may also be purchased from Merlin Mosaica, and we will bring it on the day.
- A covered drink bottle is also recommended.
- A working, charged camera (smartphone) is essential.

Merlin Mosaica is a mosaic retail store selling all things for glass mosaic across Australia (and internationally). It is the creative outlet for Ali Howson, who will be your teacher and guide in these workshops.I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. As a painter I have exhibited in Melbourne, and regional NSW.My key driver is a love and understanding of colour & texture.I have collected glass for many years and have visited glass factories in Venice.I made my first mosaic in 2005. My material of choice is stained glass.After many years in IT, I decided to engage in my passion for colour and glass, and want to share my love of this medium with others
