Hello! My name is Grace and I am the owner/teacher of essence of grace yoga and co-partner with my husband (Joseph) at affinity of souls.
Both Essence of Grace Yoga and Affinity of Souls, are sanctuaries fostering self discovery and unity. Through yoga, breathwork, sound healing and ice dip sessions in serene beach, beachside settings and creative events, retreats and festivals, we create spaces for profound connections—to the self, other humans, and the natural world. This essence resonates through the array of sessions and events we offer, embracing well-being and the lost art of being human!
Our spaces are non judgemental and inclusive, come as you are with whatever you have going on and just be damn human!
