4/5 from Jessica Hang, attended Mar 2026: My teacher was amazing! He explained concepts thoroughly and played an active role in assisting my friend and I. He was able to answer all our questions really effectively.
3/5 from Larissa Johnson, attended Dec 2025: It would habe been nice if our teacher taught us some methods of clay work at the beginning so we could get an idea of what it was that we would of liked to of made. As a beginner, I would of liked some techniques shown. Instead we were just told to find something that we would like tk make and then he would show us how. However we are beginners and did not know where to start. In the end we made something nice but we really wanted to learn more about pottery and techniques. It was not very structure for beginners to learn.
5/5 from Seth Bell, attended Nov 2025: Fantastic afternoon! We had such a blast hand making pottery for our TAFE class graduation. The teachers helped a lot with ideas of what to make, the best techniques to use and were overall very friendly.
5/5 from Maretta Layton, attended Sep 2025: Fun way to spend an afternoon with family - teens, adults and grandparents all had fun!
5/5 from Paolo Mision, attended Jul 2025: Really amazing night. Trust the process. Nicole was really helpful and encouraging. Never worked with clay before, so quite happy with my work. Super chill and relaxing.
5/5 from Ashleigh Draffen, attended Jul 2025: Really fun! This was my first experience doing pottery & I wanted to make a little sushi set for at home. I got excellent guidance & tips, the teacher was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to pick up my pieces in a few weeks :)
5/5 from Denise Moriarty, attended Jul 2025: Enjoyed the class and made exactly what I expected.
5/5 from Jane Hamilton, attended Jul 2025: It was a fun school holiday activity for a 9 year old with gran - the teacher was very helpful with techniques and how to fix issues. We are looking forward to seeing the final product once it’s fired. Thanks for a lovely 2 hours.
4/5 from Anne Drinkwater, attended Jul 2025: I was fortunate enough to be the only one doing my class. The teacher was encouraging but not big on giving an ideas. I was sort of pleased with my piece.
3/5 from Natalie Ayling, attended Jul 2025: The teacher was a young man who spoke only a handful of words to us. He gave us no instruction but did offer to help if we needed it. He wasn’t in the room for 95% of the session so if you did need help you’d have to go and find him. We didn’t start the session with everything we needed and only had a few tools between 4 of us so we had to ask for tools to sculpt the clay. Disappointed but still had a fun time making clay items.
4/5 from Sarah Battersby, attended Jun 2025: It was super fun! We had Naomi helping us with our pottery. She showed us all the steps and assisted when we needed. Super encouraging! Took a little to get the hang of but was fun to make my creation!
5/5 from Emma Nicolle, attended May 2025: Nicole was a great teacher. Very patient, helpful and friendly.
5/5 from Cassandra Woods, attended May 2025: We had a lot of fun making our designs, and are very excited to see how they turned out. The clay-based classes from this company seem to be very hands-off from the teachers, with no real structure. Not saying this is bad at all. They help out and show how to do things as much as needed, while letting most of the experience be you playing around and seeing what works for you and what you want. Come to the class knowing what you want to make, as they won't go through all techniques, just the ones to make what you want to make. As we finished so early with our mugs, we were allowed to make another item, which was lovely. We both chose saucers to go with our first items.
5/5 from Lou Dawes, attended May 2025: We had a group booking of 9 people and we all had a wonderful time. Nicole & Tom were very helpful with advice & instructions to assist in making our ideas a reality. Would highly recommend booking in to this class. Can’t wait to collect our pottery.
4/5 from Ayesha Silva, attended May 2025: Great first time experience.
5/5 from Kristy Stewart, attended Apr 2025: Teacher was great! Very patient and helpful. We were able to each make individual pieces, very happy with the end result. Can’t wait to see how they look after they’ve been in the kiln.
5/5 from Isarak Tep Chan, attended Apr 2025: Teacher was awesome sauce, very helpful, very considerate, fun easy and understanding.
5/5 from Rewa Sareen, attended Mar 2025: The teacher(Yao) was amazing and very patient. He guided us the whole time and gave so many useful tips. Highly recommend for someone wanting a fun activity
5/5 from Annabelle Dennis, attended Mar 2025: This class was so much fun!! All the staff were amazing and so welcoming. They were willing to help with anything we had questions on, and even let us stay a little longer to let us finish our painting. I highly recommend booking this class - we will definitely be back for another one!!
3/5 from Carlie Vandenberg, attended Mar 2025: Our teacher was good but could have been a bit more friendly and given us more direction to begin with. We got to chose our own designs and then he gave us some personalised tips for our individual pieces. I think it should have been a bit more beginner orientated though.
5/5 from Alicia McCluskey, attended Feb 2025: Such friendly & super helpful staff. We had such a great time creating with a team that were patient. My partner made a matcha bowl & I made a trinket pinch bowl. We went for a cute date night and we loved it. We’ll definitely be back
5/5 from Lauren Hall, attended Feb 2025: Teacher was fantastic and my friends and I had so much fun
5/5 from Nicky Brennan, attended Feb 2025: I highly recommend booking a class. I was presented with a gift voucher as a birthday present and used it to book a basic pottery class. The skilled teacher was kind, highly supportive and patient with me and as a result my lesson was productive and thoroughly enjoyable. All materials and tools were supplied and the studio was comfortable to work in. Working with clay was definitely a "Mindful experience". It was really easy to book the class online and I received a follow up a message reminding me of my booking - much appreciated! The teacher took the time to explain the next steps in the process (drying, glazing, firing), the time scale required and collection arrangements. I attended the Unley studio and parking was easily available. I feel a voucher is a lovely present and much more personal than a generic gift card. I am already looking to using up my voucher by booking another class. Highly recommended experience for all ages.

Learnt also about painting clay. The teacher was present and helpful, answered questions and offered tips. Venue was adequate, the materials were sufficient and available. I loved learning about making clay figures, had a great time with my friend.

I can’t wait to pick up my finished piece! Thankyou. :)

Was so much fun? Would highly recommend

4/5 from Gregory Travassos, attended Jan 2025: The class was a lot of fun. I went with a couple of friends to celebrate my bday and it ended being so very enjoyable. The teacher was very kind and helpful. The only thing that was a bit stressful was that we ran out of time towards the end. An overview of the time needed for different parts of the process would have helped but I would highly recommend.
