Unwind from your busy week, get your hands into some gorgeous clay and create your new favourite mug or teacup! Whether you are a coffee connoisseur or prefer to sip hot tea, this fun event is perfect for you.
Under the guidance of local ceramic artist, Carolyn Warren-Langford, you will create your choice of either a coffee mug and spoon set or a teacup and saucer set. Using hand building techniques, you can choose from several different decorating methods and whimsical inspiration for your set.
Once the sets are completely dry, they will be fired in a kiln and your choice of glaze will then be applied. They will be fired for the second time and be ready to collect at around 6 – 8 weeks after the class date.
