Do you struggle to find time to cook balanced and nutritious meals during your busy week?
Our cooking classes in Melbourne are perfect for you! Learn to whip up delicious and balanced meals in just 15-30 minutes.
We'll cover a variety of dietary options, including vegan, vegetarian and lean protein dishes. Please note all our recipes are seasonal and fresh produce sourced locally.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When guests arrive at Shuddha Wellness they are welcomed by one of our hosts with a glass of warm tea while they make themselves comfortable and then provide walkthrough of the concept and the recipe.
Afterwards, you will be organized in groups of two per cooking station. There you will find all ingredients already prepped in order to cook each recipe of the day with the guidance of our host.
After the fun-filled cooking experience, participants will sit and enjoy their own creation along with another course made by our host team.

I'm Sudha, a multitasking mom, IT professional, and passionate cook. Originally from Bangalore, India, I come from a lineage of kitchen magicians. Growing up, I was accustomed to enjoying the most delectable yet straightforward homemade meals prepared fresh every day.
Drawing from the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, which regard food as medicine, I became convinced that food should not only tantalize the taste buds but also nurture and nourish the entire being.
