As a child I was an obsessed about drawing and enjoyed creating art in any way I could. It took me until my late 20's to decide to study a Bachelor of Visual Arts which exposed me to many types of art making. Painting and photography became my main passion while I was an art student. When I completed my degree I was asked to teach a variety of classes to first year students - here began my joy of teaching basic art principals and techniques.
After 15 years of teaching a range of Visual Art classes in adult education institutions (TAFESA & WEA) and facilitating private art groups for adults and seniors in aged care, I decided to start a mobile Art Party business called Hey Monet. My aim is to provide fully guided and customised art experiences to private and business groups which are relaxing and fun.

I caught up with some friends from the Uk in an awesome venue and we had the best fun creating a clay torso or 2 or 3 that will not only look cute in our homes but be a wonderful reminder of our time together
So much better than just a drink or dinner plus we had the yellow matter beverages and the yummy pizzas to enjoy as well
Best $50 spent in a long while
Thanks to the amazing teacher who managed to help us create some beautiful pieces to last a lifetime

Had a mobile paint party at my house today. Bec was on time to set up our “class”. She was fun, informative and clear with her instructions. It’s so fascinating to see different outcomes with the paintings when we all followed the same example! Everyone had a great time and we would definitely have another one soon.

What a fabulous afternoon we all had. Beck was brilliant. She was friendly, gave clear instructions and very helpful. Such fun. We would definitely do it again.
