Hi!I’m an artist and creative facilitator with a passion for helping people slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves through art. My main art practice is Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art.“Nagomi” means harmony or calm in Japanese, and this spirit is at the heart of everything I teach.Pastel Nagomi Art is unique because it doesn’t use brushes. Instead, we gently scrape soft pastels into powder and use our fingers to blend the colours onto paper. This slow, hands-on process feels grounding, soothing, and deeply calming — even for complete beginners.What I love most about teaching is helping people realise that you don’t need to be “talented” to create something beautiful. With this simple finger-painting technique, anyone can experience the joy of art in a relaxed, pressure-free way.I believe art should feel safe, gentle, and accessible — not scary or complicated.
