This Ikebana workshop series approaches Ikebana as structure rather than ornament. Working through line, interval and restraint, the session explores negative space as an active force — where "heaven, human and earth" form a deliberate compositional axis.
Working with curated seasonal, rare and exotic florals, participants engage in focused, hands-on composition that privileges intention and proportion over decoration. The studio remains pared back and deliberate, allowing space for clarity and pause.
Accessible to beginners yet resonant for those drawn to art and material practice, the workshop extends into a considered pairing of small plates and wine, composed with the same restraint and attention to form.
