What you'll do
Your kids will love the instant effects they get in this super-fun and quick alcohol ink painting class. Available to ages eight and up, alcohol ink painting is fun and easy to learn.
Once they see the colours and patterns that are possible, they won’t be able to get enough of it.
After a short bit of instruction and a quick demo, your kids create a very cool custom Mug that they will brag about for years to come.
During your one-hour workshop, you get a sturdy-man-sized mug that you can paint or draw on. Once your masterpiece is finished, we will seal it, free of charge!
Is your little artist super-quick? That's no problem as there are heaps of other homewares in the studio that they can paint on the day.
Sorry, but this is a KIDS-ONLY event. Mum or Dad are welcome to stay and take photos or sit in our library and have a coffee or tea while they wait.
Adult assistants are allowed for free but only if assisting the little ones (ages 5-8).

No experience is needed as everyone can create art!

Attendees will get a sturdy-man-sized Mug that they can paint and/or draw on....and take it home on the same day!
What to bring
Artists should wear old clothes, as the ink tends to stain. Option: let them wear white and let them get sloppy! Could be a good look. :-)

Will has a background in Film Special Effects; working on such projects as Alien 4, Austin Powers 2, Wild Wild West, X-Files-the Movie, The Edge, Jingle All The Way and much more. After that he moved onto designing and creating industrial design models for Nokia, Nordic Trak and Mitsubishi.
As a professional artist and teacher, Mr. Huntley will inspire and drive you to create artworks to the best of your ability. He loves being creative and loves sharing his knowledge and helping others even more! As an experienced instructor, he is confident in his ability to teach you art processes and materials, in such a way, that you will learn to create something beautiful in only a few short hours.
