Step 1
Carbon the key points on the back of the provided reference image using an HB pencil.
Outline
Outline the key points on the front of the reference picture using a ballpoint pen.
Mix Skin Tones
Pre-mix skin tones
Apply the First Skin Tone
First pass with a mid-tone skin colour
Darken
Darken up the mid-tone with 100% coverage
Second Skin Tone
Add the second skin tone
Third Skin Tone
Add the third skin tone and purple around the eyes.
Add Grey and Orange-pink
Add grey in the eyes (around the pupil) and orange-pink to the inner corner of the eyes.
Add Green Eyes
Add the green to the eyes using a circle stencil.
Add Highlights
Add dark green to the outer eye and white highlights to the inner corner.
Add Black and White
Add black to the centre of the eyes and white highlights on top.
Eyebrow Stencil
Add a hand-cut stencil for the eyebrows (or airbrush them freehand if you’re feeling confident).
Add Eyebrows
Add dark brown to the eyebrows.
