What you'll do
Join Stefano and his family in their purpose-built Studio Cucina in Bowral, a 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.
At this Italian cooking class in Bowral, you will learn how to cook traditional and modern Italian cuisine from all regions of Italy, whilst watching cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home. You will be cooking with produce sourced locally, and even from Stefano's vegetable garden.
The pasta making essential utensils add-on includes an Italian Cooking Experience apron, gnocchi board, pastry scraper and ravioli cutters.
Please note:
- Vegan and gluten-free dietary needs require a discussion with Stefano prior to booking. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
- We operate to the NSW health guidelines.
- This experience is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
- Due to the nature of the experience, we do not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol but welcome a glass or two with your meal.
