  • 5/5 from Anne Phibbs, attended Sep 2026: Very enjoyable experience for all of us
  • 5/5 from Judy Panucci, attended Sep 2026: A fun, entertaining and informative class with a small, friendly group. Stephano was a very generous and enthusiastic teacher who paced things beautifully. There were many useful hacks along the way and down to earth comments about ingredients, with no food snobbery. All of the recipes and the final dishes were authentic and yet with minor additions which added freshness and flair to the Italian cucina. Bruschetta with a Mediterranean topping that could also double as a pasta dish, A delicious veggo and a chicken based Toscana sauce with freshly made taggliatelli, foccaccia with panino style oil preserved veggies and Italian herbs. Yum! We brought some wine to share and finished off with a simple and very fresh tiramasu... brilliant mascapone. Creamy and delicate. Great balance. We had a blast. We loved every minute. Recommended for anyone who gets pleasure from that joyful combination of learning some life skills amongst friends and strangers, breaking bread together, and being lead by a convivial and experienced chef.
  • 5/5 from Soren Breth, attended Sep 2026: The class was excellent. Got to cook with a few spices and ingredients we rarely use. Stef was great at explaining why this and why that. Had a great Saturday there.
  • 5/5 from Kathy Powzun, attended Aug 2026: The cooking experience was fantastic. Stefano was great… an exceptional teacher, we cooked and shared a meal amongst new friends.
  • 5/5 from Karen Pollard, attended Jul 2026: What a fun day, our host/teacher Stef was amazing. The day was well planned, relaxed and the lunch we cooked was superb. Highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Helen Backhouse, attended Jul 2026: Stefano's Italian Cooking Class was an amazing experience, in the wonderful Italian tradition of love of sharing food. Stefano is an excellent teacher, he builds confidence and ensures that the classes are inclusive of everyone's skill levels. We all learnt and cooked together tiramasu, bruschetta, focaccia, hand made pasta and Italian meatballs and sauce. Stefano brings joy to food preparation and with humour and clear explanations, he conveys the why as well as the how of cooking elements. It was so enjoyable to then sit down and eat our creations together, even as initial strangers we quickly connected over the shared pleasure of the cooking experience. This is a unique cooking experience that Stefano has created and I highly recommend doing it! Thanks Stefano.
  • 5/5 from Anna O'Rourke, attended Jun 2026: My fiancé and I had the best time and learned so many tips that we will be able to use forever! Stefano made the whole experience fun and was such a knowledgeable and friendly teacher. We laughed, learned, and ended up with the most delicious meal to eat. We would highly recommend and would return in a heart beat.
  • 5/5 from Elizabeth Antoniak, attended Jun 2026: This class was an enjoyable surprise, hidden in a small space within a mall in Moss Vale. I wasn't sure what to expect and was delighted when it became clear our coach, Stephano, had the background, skill and passion to guide the group towards producing truly delicious food. The best Italian food I've tasted in a long while. I enjoyed the banter, the stories and the background information, as well as the spoken instructions and lack of paper and pens - a clever trick to ensure our groups worked together to communicate and share the load. The cooking flowed, the chat was enjoyable, the time flew past, and I had the time of my life. I feel super confident to have a go at the recipes at home. Thank you so much Stephano for a great day.
  • 5/5 from Alison Squire, attended Jun 2026: What a great way to spend a day. Fun atmosphere, met new people, and chef Stefano was charismatic and made the whole experience very memorable. Bring your appetite and wine, and get ready for a very lovely long cooking adventure and lunch. Highly recommend. We have taken away new cooking skills to try as well as cherished memories. Thanks Stefano and team.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Stefano and made to feel at home and what a beautiful place to spend the day. It was such a fun class, we had such a great group, it was very educational and the food was amazing. I took leftovers home to my husband and he devoured them. I can’t wait to replicate the meals in my kitchen for my family. It was the perfect experience to share with friend's and we have even recommended it as a work team building exercise.
