What you'll do
Join us for an unforgettable food and wine tasting among the vines as we team up with our dear friend Jeff Aston from Tractorless Vineyards at Berrima. Tractorless Vineyards is one of Southern Highlands' premium award-winning winemakers. They embrace a combination of old-world knowledge and skills and combine them with new-world techniques, all guided by Biodynamic principles.This long lunch and wine tasting in Bowral will include grape stomping (seasonal) and a flight of wine tastings expertly matched to Stefano's four-course Italian menu. You'll also learn from the winemaker, Jeff, and get a cooking masterclass demonstration with Stefano Marvello with the opportunity to get your hands dirty alongside him.Who knows, we may even harvest produce growing between the vines to use in our delicious lunch. Get ready to create unforgettable memories in the heart of the vineyards. Group bookings of up to 8 accepted.Please note:
- This activity is best enjoyed outdoors, under favourable weather conditions. In case of uncertain weather, we reserve the right to postpone the class. Nevertheless, we guarantee to notify you at least 24 hours in advance before rescheduling the experience to a date that suits you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- This event is only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
