Discover the flavours of Japan in our popular Japanese cooking class in Ballina. Learn how to cook some favourites from Japanese cuisine and then enjoy your creations at the end.

You will make:

  • Japanese Chicken Curry
  • Pork Okonomiyaki (Savoury Pancake)
  • Garlic Teriyaki Tofu
  • Nasu Dengaku (Miso Eggplant)
  • Japanese short grain rice

These recipes have been thoughtfully simplified to ensure they are accessible to beginners and enjoyable for children as well.
This course offers a unique opportunity to gather your friends and family and bring the delights of Japanese cuisine to your dinner table.

Private class information: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Gold Coast $50, Brisbane $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
